Scholarship of $750:

  • The scholarship amount of $750 will be disbursed at the start of the Fall Semester/Quarter.

Qualification Criteria:

  • Applicant must be a resident of Washington
  • Applicant can be an Undergraduate or Graduate Student
  • Applicant must be enrolling in either a 2-year community/technical college or a 4-year college/university

Application should include the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Residential Address
  • City/State/Zip (for mailing the check)
  • Contact Number
  • Email Address
  • Name of the College you will be attending
  • Chosen Major
  • Year of Study
  • Two Letters of Recommendation
  • A photograph of yourself (headshot or other)

Please provide a concise response to each of the following questions:

  1. Provide a brief biography for use if the scholarship is awarded (Discuss the importance of Agriculture in your life, your plans to contribute to Agriculture post-graduation, and why this scholarship is crucial for you)
  2. Describe your past and current involvement in the beef industry
  3. What are your aspirations for the future?
  4. How have your ethical and spiritual beliefs shaped your life? (Include Church & Community activities, etc.)
  5. Why do you believe you should be awarded this scholarship? (Feel free to discuss your financial need.)
